I found one over here (UK), called Bassetts Soft & Chewy Multivitamins - with minerals & Prebiotic nutrients, they have acesulphame K & Neohesperidine DC in, which are artificial sweeteners, but I found that if I take one on a full stomach its fine. As everyone is different not sure, may be worth a try?

I take a multivitamin for women that you can get at Vitamin World:

www.vitaminworld.com

It's called Mega Vita Min for Women. It has never given me any tummy trouble as long as I take it with food.

Does it really matter? I guess taking one with too much iron could make you more C. I just take Centrum Performance because it has extra B vitamins(nothing to do with IBS).

many people with GI problems have major problems with vitamins. Just too rough on the tummy for many peopl. I need one, but I'm afraid of taking anything that may upset my already upset tummy!
