Statr taking it...it is great stuff. I was on one a day for a few months, stabilised my IBs and now rarely have any GERDs symptoms at all!
Diet wise, much of it is in line with the IBS diet (no high-fat, no icy drinks, no carbonation, no caffeine, no coffee, eat and drink slowly, etc) but you also need to avoid anything acidic (citrus fruit, tomatoes, etc) or too spicy. All the SF foods are fine.
