Can someone tell me what the little yellow locks and red pushpins mean? Thanx, Lida

The yellow lock means that the thread is closed, and you cannot post a reply to it. The red pushpin is our way of making something a "sticky note" - it's always at the top of the page. Obviously, this is only done for really important information posts.  Hope that helps!

Thanx Atomic Rose! Appreciate it...I guess no one else has heard that Benefiber has Caffeine in it, as I was startled to discover. People have been checking out my post but no answers as of yet. I'm curious if anyone else has had a reaction to it...(?) Ahhh well...

I did read your other post, and I didn't reply because I've never taken Benefiber. I know of a couple people who use it with no problems, but I didn't want to answer for them!
It's quieter here on the weekends. You may find more responses by Monday or Tuesday.
