Quinoa and Amaranth

I have been told that I am intolerant to rice, wheat, corn and buckwheat, that I should use Quinoa and Amaranth as substitutes. Does anyone know if they are soluble or insoluble fibre? How do you use them in cooking and a safe IBS diet?

i believe quinoa is soluable..buckwheat i know for me is acidic..but i am guessing it may be insoluable. How about millet???
