Enova Oil?

It says it doesn't cause any problems with digestion because it is all digested -- and has been used overseas since 1999 with no problems. What do you all think? Safe?

it's soy or at least it's partially soy, right?
i'm at home, so i can't access the PDF for the product label, but if you can, it's on the 2nd link, below.

check the fat contents. if you decide to try it, go slow like you would with any oil, especially if you're not used to soy.

I keep seeing commercials for this stuff and I want to try it and kept meaning to ask if anyone had any thoughts on it. I would imagine it's safe since it's a blend of soy and canola oils. I don't think there'd be a problem, especially if you baked with it. Someone else on here is bound to have tried it.

Just as far as the label goes - they compare very well.... they are almost the same. They have the same cals, same grams of fat, less sat fat (1 gram for canola 0.5 for enova) both have 0 trans. Poly un sat - canola 4 - enova 8. Mono un sat - canola 9 - enova 5
Enova adds Vit E - 30%
So -- it may be worth a shot. If there is any of it around.
