Hi to IBSrs who have looked over these message boards and are too bashful about posting. We think it's great that all of you are sharing your "trials and tribulations" with us. There's absolutely nothing we'd all rather be doing than trying to help all of you who are suffering--no matter how great or miniscule your IBS problems are. That's what we're here for, so bring it on.  And remember, we've all gone through it and nobody has compassion for what you're going through like we do.
It's like having another family--I really look forward to logging on and reading questions, other responses and then chiming in with my own knowledge/recipes/compassion/opinion, etc. I just can't believe that we're getting people from all over the globe--I think it's absolutely fantasticulous!!!
