My goal is to eat as healthy as possible. Can anyone say for sure they have found organic foods to help their IBS? Also are organic foods in the grocery store as good for you as the foods in the health store?

i really don't notice organic fruits and vegetables, etc. making a difference. I do think the organic chicken makes a difference, because there is no broth injections, no antibiotics or steroids. But I have been buying Sanderson Farm brand chicken, it is a grocery store brand that is not necessarily "organic", but they don't inject their chickens with anything.

I also think the Health food store organic foods and regular grocery store organic foods are both the same, as long as, they have a stamp "certified organic" or something like that. However, the health food stores, typically have a wider variety to choose from.
