Did accupuncture help? I'm starting to lean that way and explore it as a possibility.

Yoga does help me, but when I get really bad and demoralized, I just shut down and stop doing the healthy stuff. Unfortunately, that happens a lot. I've been having a bad week and am tired of caring for a functional disease. God, I wish there was a quick fix!

Sorry its taken me so long to respond to your question! i just found it. Unfortunately, acupuncture didn't work for me at all, and I went to a chinese doctor at a very reputable place in phoenix. I think I read somewhere that C's don't have great success w/acupuncture. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try it! Just make sure you give it a chance, but know when to quit wasting money. (My doc said that after 4-6 sesssions, if it wasn't helping it probably wouldn't).
