I still can't say for sure that taking an SFS is helping my IBS-C. I thought for a while that the acacia was helping, but lately I've been so C that I've cut back on the SFS to see if that will improve things.
I feel like my body is so screwed up. I stopped taking Zelnorm over the weekend & switched back to Miralax. I finally went "potty" today. It took 5 days of Miralax.
I think that my body can't function without some type of meds. This is how I've been my whole life (except that for years & years I suffered more because no doctors prescribed me any meds-- just told me to add fiber to my diet-- yeah right).
Please let me know if you come up with a combo that works for you. I'm open to suggestions!

My SFS helps a lot! More with the pain/bloating/gas, and it allows me to eat a wider variety of foods. Hmmmm maybe I'll go bump my fiber polls too
