Congratulations! This is wonderful news! It gives us all hope!
I discovered Heather's website almost two years ago. I follow her diet religiously, but I continue to have D. However, I rarely, if ever, have any IBS pain anymore. In fact, to be honest, I can't recall the last time I experienced pain due to IBS. Prior to discovering Heather's diet, I was in pain almost all the time.
Knowing how to eat "safely" has also enabled me to greatly expand my diet from eating just a few miserable morsels to eating lots of delicious and healthy things. I've never felt so good!
In other words, whether it cures all or part, there is no question Heather's diet works and that it is truly a god-send.
I feel I could never thank Heather enough for what she has done for me. I literally owe my well-being to her!

Congratulations on your one year mark!!! How exciting! I am new to this board and have IBS-D. I had been doing great until this past week and had a terrible setback. I look forward to learning lots of tips and helpful hints from this board. I hope all continues to go wel for you!
