Has anyone had success with the hypnosis tapes??

Before I go out and spend lots of money on a live person, I was wondering if anyone has successfully used the hypnosis tapes on Heather's website.

Hi. Glad to hear you're looking into the tapes. If you do a board search, you can see lots of previous discussions about them. You can also go visit the Hypnosis board (link above) to see some discussions, too.
I enjoyed the tapes and found them to be helpful.

I have also found the tapes to be very helpful.

Hi - thanks for your reply. Sorry I missed the hypnosis boards - I'm new to this site. Are the tapes IBS specific or do you think they help anxiety/stress in general? I think I need to work on both.

I just started the tapes, and they're great. They're IBS specific, but also good for stress relief and relaxation. He deals with body relaxation and changing the thoughts that keep the IBS going. I advise them highly.
