They have vegan, gluten free, soy free, corn free meals, dairy free, lactose free, and they aren't too bad taste or price-wise! So, if you see some Amy's organic stuff, try it out! They have vegan burrotis too. Isabel, another good brand is from a vegetarian restuarant chain. It's called 'Le Commensal' and they have several yummy vegan dished to choose from. get your mom to look in the freezer section of Loblaws if she goes there. They're expensive though. They have soy cheese macaroni?? I have to get some! Reged: 10/14/04 Posts: 2518 Loc: Michigan Beth- It is the Tofu Lasagna and it uses soy mozzarella cheese however it does contain traces of milk protein. It doesn't seem to bother me when I eat products that have traces of milk protein in them. It does also contain wheat. I am not sure if these things bother you or not??
