Hello! I decided to make 2 polls and see what differences there are between IBS-D and IBS-C as far as fiber (I messed up at first, hence the deleted post). I didn't include Equalactin since most people here who take it don't use it as their main fiber supplement.

I just started Heather's diet last week, but so far its worked wonders. I am using Fibercon pills and they seem to work fine. Will look into other fiber pills when I'm done w/ this bottle.

but I tend towards D.
I take a TB of Benefiber once in the morning and once in the evening. For portability's sake, I take Fibercon caplets at lunch at work or when I'm out and about.
