Is anyone still having problems with ibs or crohns read this it is very interesting

I have been trying and trying to find a natural way to end my ibs and i just recently came across this book = Patient Heal Thyself written by Jordan S. Rubin, N.M.D., C.N.C. It is so educational. I haven't started it yet but this man cured himself of Crohn's disease and cured his grandmother of cancer all naturally. i just found it really amazing. There is also a website www.Gardenoflife.com. check it out I still can't put the book down.

I am reading the book as well. Please keep in mind that he is also trying to sell products, called Garden of Life --- anyone know if they are proven effective??
