Anyone ever try charcoal tablets for excess gas and bloating that won't go away? Are they safe. Can they cause side effects? I really have a huge problem with gas and bloating. It's severe. I heard they cause c. Is that true?

i've tried charcoal tabs and had no side effects. i don't know if they helped, but they definitely didn't hurt.
i got a lot of puritanspride.com as well as other herbs and teas. they are cheap and i recommend it. what i've also done with my charcoal tabs is break them up over my toothbrush. they help whiten teeth.

Hi Angel; myself I would use Gas X. I would take 1-2 tablets after my meal.Usually only after dinner though.Not sure why I would ususally end up with the gas and bloating after dinner? Anyways they sell Gas X in Canada. Good luck.

I have some Charcoal tablets and take them when I'm desperate. They tend to give me constipation and indigestion sometimes, but they work for me.

I used Gas-x and since it has calcium it gave me C. I already have severe c.
