I'm not sure if anyone here does this, but I keep track of the foods that I eat on www.fitday.com. It's an online food diary/journal that lets you record the foods you eat daily, and also features a journal that you can use to record how you're feeling that day. I use it to directly find a correlation between the foods that I eat and how I'm feeling phycially daily.
I'm trying to discover a pattern to find out what foods I need to avoid -- OR discover that a food that I previously thought was IBS-safe (according to the book) when, infact, it really wasn't. I'm still reading ingredient labels but I know that I mess up and accidentally eat things that I'm supposed to be avoiding. I'll find a food pattern, then post here to get answers from Heather and all others who have become 'experts' in nutrition.
Thought that this might be helpful to others. It's a free service!

Jules, this is a great idea! There are so many great services available out there on the internet that are free to us, thanks for sharing it with us. Too bad they don't have a section for low fat homemade items like low fat chocolate chip cookies made with apple butter..........lol.
