fennel & gingercaps

i really don't like the taste of fennel or ginger caps. i did order some ginger capsules and thinking of fennel, too. are these still effective as drinking it? i don't mind if they don't give the max benefit, just some.

i just a brand of peppermint gels that have ginger and fennel in them and they have worked great for me. the brand name is now. just make sure to take one when you are ready to eat, if not you get a great minty breath on the overload side
