Having read SharonMello/Kandee's posts about prebiotics / probiotics and digestive enzymes, I was wondering whether anyone knew of a U.K. version of Beano or other safe digestive enzyme and where to get it? The only thing I've seen so far is Aloe Vera capsules which don't seem to do the same job.
Thanks

I haven't found one yet, but I guess the best place to ask would be a HFS near you.

Hi there. I actually order my digestive enzymes as well as probiotic capsules from www.biocare.co.uk. I go to a homeopath in London who recommends these and I have found them to be good. Actually, now that I think about it, you can get them in health food stores in London as well. You can check out the web for their products and then look in a health food store close by you perhaps. They are a bit expensive, but of good quality as far as I can make out. If you need more info, don't hesitate to ask. much love, mary
