Taking Acacia at Work?

Help! I have started a new job and my shift is from 3pm-11pm. So I need to take my acacia fiber before supper around 6. Well how do I do this without getting questioning glances from people? I always take it with water. Is it safe to combine the acacia with water before I go to work and then let it sit for 4 or 5 hours? Any other suggestions??

I've been lucky to work in the medical field where people seem to be very open about their medical conditions. I mean people talk about EVERYTHING (sometimes you get too much info). So nobody would think twice about mixing a SFS. I would go ahead and mix away. But I don't know what environment you're working in. I worked in a manual labor job before that which was predominantly men. So I can see why you may want to keep it low key.

I always mix it in my nalgene water bottle and sip it all day. The only time it tastes a little funny is if you mix it the night before and let it sit. But otherwise i've been fine.

i always stir it into applesauce or soy yogurt. no one notices a thing and it doesn't taste bad at all.
