Hi everyone,
Thank you all for your suggestions. I'd like to know if phazyme is worth trying or not. I wish (gass was not such a problem!) Has anyone had good luck with Bentyl. I do take that as well. I'm on 10mg. My doctor is not very current on IBS though. Anyway, I drink fennel tea too and I am trying to keep up on taking soluable fiber supplements. Thanks again.

I take the Bentyl too, but not for gas. More for pains. I use a hot bath or tea for gas. Those help, as well as charcoal tablets. Good luck!

I personally did not do so well on Bentyl. It made me feel very drugged and caused my stomach to feel worse. My doctor said that a lot of her patients have had very good luck with it though.
