I found a cereal at Kroger called Hi-Lo. I'll give you the ingredients and if someone can please tell me if it's safe I would appreciate it.

INGREDIENTS: Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Grits, Wheat Gluten (?), Maltodextrin (Complex Carbohydrate), Rice Flour, Corn Bran, Canola Oil, Natural Flavor, Salt, Stevia Leaf Extract, Caramel Color, Rosemary Extract & Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols) as Natural Antioxidants. Calories 100,
Total Fat 1.5, Total Carbohydrate 12g, Protein 14g, Dietary Fiber 5g (doesn't break it down into Sol & Insol.)

Sounds like it would be good if you are able to tolerate wheat/gluten. That is a trigger for some....Hope this helps!

Looks like it should be OK. Try it on a day you don't have to go to work in case you have a bad reaction.
