Have you noticed the faster you eat the sicker you feel?

Yes! Absolutely!! That's why we are supposed to eat little meals all day. My husband yells at me when I don't eat and start shoveling food down my throat. When I eat 6 small meals a day, I feel great! Good luck!

I noticed that... I've always been a fast eater, and it wasn't until a couple months ago that I put 2 and 2 together and realized that wolfing down my food was part of the reason I felt so crappy all the time. Now I have to make a very conscious effort to take my time.

I have a bad habit of eating fast no matter how much time I have. I think it started in High School when I only had 20 minutes for lunch and had to eat fast to get finished.
You're right, I notice when I eat fast I feel bloated and not so good. I try to catch myself and slow down but it's a hard habit to break.

I totally agree. I find myself doing that also and feeling pretty crappy afterwards. I have started to slow down and catch myself when I do start eating fast. Yes I do feel better when I slow down. Take Care!!! Michelle
