I have been going three times a day lately(regular bm's) not D. For about five days. This is annoying, but if it is normal I guess I am happy. I was going once day. Should I cut out some insoluble? Maybe all I need all day is a glass of V8? Any advice would be great!

Unless something pops up out of the blue, i.e. bleeding, feeling tired and lethargic I would not concern myself at this time.

I would love to go 3 x per day, oh boy! May be then I can get rid of this swollen tummy.

Have you started any new meds in your diet?

No, I haven't started any new medications or anything and I don't have any of the symptoms that you listed. So, I guess, I should consider it good thing (as annoying as it is sometimes). I will be aware for the things that you mention. Thanks!

I would not be concerned at all unless like the thers said there is something unusual. I have always been one to go anywhere from 5 to 7 times a day. (loose but not d)That has been the norm for me for yrs. It is annoying. As long as you are not getting cramping or painful D this could just be the norm. Good luck!
