Ingredients to watch out for!

Is there a list anywhere of ingredients to watch out for. I see all of the big words on the boxes and I am not sure of the ones to watch out for. I know to watch for artificial sweetners and HFCS. The Big words just throw me off. Any help would be appreciated.

Casein (from dairy)
Whey (from dairy)
Lactose (from dairy)
Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Sorbitol (artificial sweetener)
Saccharin (artificial sweetener)
Aspartame (artificial sweetener)
Sucrolose (Brand name Splenda - artificial sweetener)

Maltitol (a particularly nasty artificial sweetener commonly used in low-carb things; causes D even in people without IBS!)
High fructose corn syrup (HFCS), of course

carrageenan- has MSG like effects on some people, but some people do okay with it. (not me)
