Hi, friends!

Just a "hello" while I stop by my home to get a few things - recuperating at my mom's after my complete hysterectomy on June 3rd. Had my post-op yesterday and staples came out. Also found out that I did, indeed, have endometrial cancer, grade 1! But, praise God, the surgery removed all of it - no need for any further therapy! What a blessing! I guess if you're going to find out you have cancer, it's nice to find out after they've taken care of it! God was really protecting me! Thanks to all of you who prayed for me and sent encouragement - it makes a difference.

I'm glad to report that my bowel function returned right away - 4th day post-op - and I'm doing well. I ate mostly applesauce, chicken broth and vanilla wafers in the hospital. Very tired and nauseated once in a while - not much appetite, so eating mostly applesauce, soup, french bread, baked potatoes. Hoping to start Juice Plus supplement soon.

Blessings,
Kaybee C

I'm very glad to hear that the surgery took care of the cancer and you don't have to go thru Chemo or radiation. Thats great news!

What great news that you won't need further treatment.

I think you'll be really pleased with Juice Plus+, I know that I am. It's reassuring to know that I'm getting the nutritional benefits of fruits and vegetables even when my food choices are somewhat limited.
