I found the powder gets VERY think and yucky very quick. They are not joking when the directions say "drink promptly!" I stopped Zelnorm, miralax and fibercon. Sticking to Heathers diet and the citrucel seem to be working. YEAH! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time..... I can't think of anything else that might be causing it, I have been cutting out my tomatoes, and onions. My reflux has been bothering me lately and its all in my throat, not in my stomach. I have an Endoscopy on June 30th to make sure everything is allright. Also, does Benefiber or FiberCon contain Citric Acid? Thanks!
