Will this always cause a attack or just maybe gas or what. I eat rice krispies and that has the High fructose corn syrup or is it just somethings with the HFCS in it? I have tried to research the the differance in HFCS and just corn syrup and didn't really understand the what would cause problems. Any information would help. Thank You! I seem to be able to handle it ok. Some people can handle lots some can't handle any. I just try to avoid it when every I can. It's not good for you so if I don't have to eat I don't, but if I do I don't panick because it does not bother me in small amounts!!! I can't add anything to Heather's excellent response, so I'll just agree - HFCS doesn't bother *everyone*. I've found that I can eat it in small amounts and I'm just fine.
