Ok people I keep asking this ? and never get a answer so I will try here. Can you take your prescription meds at the same time as the fiber? I know you can't with metamucil it must be 2hrs from meds. But this is so fine and mixable with h20 wondered how you all do it. Thanks, MiMiLu

I take my meds with the Acacia. Doesn't seem to be a problem.

It's only a problem taking SFS at the same time as your meds if your meds say DON'T take with food or take on an empty stomach. SFSs pretty much count as food in that case. Otherwise, it's fine.

I take meds at the same time, but they don't have direections about eating or not with them.. if they say no food- you may want to take them prior
