I know there are not a whole lot of jucies and things of that nature we are allowed to drink anymore but is there a list that is okay and that isn't? What has been okay for yall and what hasn't? Thanks for all your help in advance!

I can drink small amounts of orange juice after a LOT of solubles. People say applejuice is the worst for D. I drink smoothies, with banana and berries that are really good.

I really like lemonade, and most times it is okay. O.J. is okay too, but only after lots of soluble fiber, never on an empty stomach.
I think juice can depend on how bad your IBS is, and what type. I have IBS-A.
Smoothies are good too (and you know exactly what is in them, when you make them yourself).

I can drink smoothies that have either banana or mango in them with the least problems. Not on a totally empty tum tho.
As long as you have SF first, you should be able to have some juice stuffs.

Ocean Spray Cranberry juice blends seem to be okay for me as long as I eat first.
