I was going to post that eating 2 cooked carrots caused odd cramping last night but it didn't- I got my period a week early this AM.. thankfully.. so I can eat carrots now...

the reason its taken so long to try them- I love raw carrots, but hate cooked ones.. but ah well.. I'll learn...

Steam them, but don't overcook them. Slightly undercooked is better. Then sprinkle in a touch of oil and some dried dill. Toss. Yummy!
