Heather; I HAVE STARTED MY FIRST FULL WEEK ON THE DIET BUT AM FINDING THAT SEAFOOD ISN'T AGGREEING WITH ME TOO WELL.(SEAFOOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR ME. IS IT TOO SOON TO BE TRYING FISH. I HAD A COUPLE OF THE SHRIMP AND WATERCRESS SANDWICH FOR LUNCH, BUT IT SEEMED TO GO RIGHT THROUGH ME? :( [color:blue] [/color]

louise,

listen to your body! if something doesn't agree with you, don't eat it. everyone's body is different. for instance, i can't handle turkey usually. even though a lot of us are okay with seafood, if you're not, you're not. don't feel bad about not eating it. :-)

thanks rachael; you are probabvly right. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING TO SUBSTITUTE IT WITH. tHE NICE THING ABOUT SALMAON,ETC. IS IT GOES RIGHT DOWN WITHOUT MUCH CHEWING. i get so tired of chewing meat.

I can't do seafood either. I don't know why. Stick to chicken and turkey for a while. See how it goes.
