Heather's chocolate-applesauce bread. I made 2 loaves the other day, and I swear that a friend and I ate an entire loaf in one morning. Sooooo good. And like the cake, there's no eggs. And I have put on a couple pounds, finally (I needed to!), so I "blame" the bread!
