unsettled stomach

I find it hard to keep a settled stomach in warm whether(which we have here in b.c., because I drink more than I normally do. If I normally have a smallglass of juice or water, I find I need a bigger glass to quench my thirst. Even with all the fiber I still get unsettled. Hopefully, equalican,when I get it again will help.

Have you tried Peppermint tea? It helps calm my tummy.

hi paintlady; I normally have peppermint tea for supper but with the hot weather here i have cold drinks.

Last summer I made the peppermint green tea from Heather's book and poured it into a jar in the fridge when it had cooled to room temperature. Then I had it to drink when I was thirsty and it was much less likely to upset my tummy than too much juice.

Hi - Try iced peppermint tea, it's really soothing! I add a sprig of the fresh peppermint as garnish.
