My life has improved greatly from Heather's diet, etc... I have lost about 20lbs. since June. Feeling much better. Then dr. called me in for my bloodwork, to renew my Synthroid meds for my hypothyroid . They said to start taking iron pills 3x day, my iron is low. And they upped my thyroid med.... I started reading about how soy can affect your thyroid... Have any of you ever run into this??? So glad to hear the diet is helping and you're feeling better. Yes, I believe there is a problem with soy and thyroid that people have talked about here. Kandee is the expert.
