I am a new user however I am a suffer for a very long time, and I have been in agony for weeks now. The pain feels like someone is kicking me right in the upper stomach area and nothing is relieving it. I'm willing to listen to any advise.

I hope someone has some suggestions.

Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Try a warm soak in the tub and a stong hot cup of peppermint tea. If that doesn't help, I turn to Vicodin for the really bad attacks.

Could it be acid related? If so, go for hot, strong Chamomile Tea instead of Peppermint, have that bath and then get into bed with a heating pad on your tummy and some painkillers!

Don't eat anything that's not soluble fibre, so plain rice, bread, bananas...

If that doesn't help ease it, then go see your doctor asap.
