really strange reaction

I'm not even sure this is IBS related, but I thought I would see if anyone else has had a similar experience. Last night I was eating at my favorite mexican restaurant with my dear husband. I was almost done eating when I got this searing pain on the right side of my head. I started breaking out and got really nauseated and started throwing up. It is still bothering me. Looking for any advise...

Sounds like an allergic reaction - the breaking out and throwing up immediately seem to indicate that. Anything you ate you think you may be allergic to?

I would call my GP ASAP! I'm thinking more along the lines of an aneurysm!!

No. I had a similar experience six months ago and I thougth it was the salsa verde, but I ate my usual last night. I can't figure out what it could be, but I go to my doctor Monday morning.

Sounds like something that happened to one of friends earlier in the year after she age yograut(sp). She figured out it is whey she is allergic to.

Hey Joy, I am sorry but I have not experienced pain in the head relating to IBS but wanted to say hello since I live in Clayton, NC. It's good to have a fellow IBS sufferer nearby.
