Did it bother you when you ate it? If not, then there is your answer. Experiment with your diet to see what does or does not work for you. That is the only way you will know for sure. Your body is not everyone's else's body, everyone is unique. You may cut foods out of your diet, without knowing for sure if they are going to be a problem for you.
I found some thin hull popcorn at Whole Foods that is suppose to be easy to digest. I think I"m gonna get some today and try it. I forget the name brand. I'll let you know the name as soon as I get it!
