Raisin and Spice Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup all purpsoe flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup applesauce unsweetened 1 egg white 2 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/3 cups regular or quick oats 1 cup raisins
Preheat over to 375. Coat 2 or 3 baking sheets with spray. In a small bowl, combine the flour,baking powder,soda, and salt, and cinnamon. mix well. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar,applesauce,egg white,water and oil and vanilla, mix well. Stir in the flour mixture. Add the oats and raisins, mix well. (mixture will look thinner than most cookie doughs) Drop by rounded tsp 2" apart on sheet. Bake one sheet at a time for 10-12 mintues till light brown. Place the sheet in rack and cool 5 minutes. Remove cookies and cool on rack.

I make these all the time...I've even taken them to work at they are a big hit! I've always used craisins instead of raisins (hopefully those are ok). I highly recommend them

The ingredients' list doesn't mention oil, but the directions say: "In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar,applesauce,egg white,water and oil and vanilla, mix well."
I'd like to make these if someone can suggest how much oil to use. (I'm good at following recipes; not so good at filling in the blanks!)

I found the original recipe here.
Use 2 Tablespoons of canola oil.
(There's a recipe on the same site for a fake Chocolate Mousse that looks ridiculously easy and safe. I'm so excited.)
