Thanks!!!!

Steph, why not scramble them in a frypan? Hubby and I love Egg Beaters fixed with onion and soy cheese. I toss some Soy Garden ("butter") in the pan and saute a little sweet onion (even some green bell pepper if I have any), then pour in the Egg Beaters and top with minced American flavor Veggie Slices. It only takes a few seconds, maybe a minute. It's delicious! And there's only one pan to clean.
Give it a try.

Invest in a set of microwave egg cookers. I've seen them that look like poaching pans, and I've also seen little single-egg freestanding "dishes" with lids (those are the ones I have experience with). They do an egg in about a minute, without splattering all over the inside of the microwave.
If you just *must* try it now, I'd say to use a very small plastic bowl and cover it with waxed paper. One egg (or an egg's worth of egg beaters, whatever!) probably won't take more than a minute.
