1/2 cup fine, dry seasoned bread crumbs 2 tsp fine chopped, shredded lemon peel 1 tbsp soy parmesan 3/4 tsp marjoram leaves 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp thyme 1/8 tsp garlic powder 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp water 1 lb cod fillets 1/2" thick 1 tbsp canola oil
heat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. In a dish combine crumbs,parmesan,lemon grind,marjoram,paprika,thyme,garlic powder. In another bowl combine lemon juice,water. Cut fillets crosswise 3/4 " thick. to make wide sticks. Dip in lemon mixture then coat with crumbs. Place on sheet and drizzle with oil. Bake 10-12 minutes.
