I made the cobbler and cooked it 10 minutes longer than directed and it still didn't brown. I just had my over serviced so the temp is right. I cooked it in the middle rack. The flavor was fine...the color wasn't as pretty as the picture you posted.
Hmm... I honestly don't know what to tell you, Rachel! My oven tends to be hot so it was actually done early. Maybe someone else knows why that could have happened to you?
