Crock Pot (slow-cooker) recipes?

I swear by my crockpot. (Well, ok, I have 2.) They're cheap, they cook food perfectly every time without added fat, and they mean NOT standing over the stove or running the oven when it's 90 out!
Anyone else use them? Anyone have any good recipes?
