I've got a question about Pumpkin Soup. I made some recently but since I'm the only one who eats it and the recipe made a lot I've got a lot leftover. Of course, I didn't think to freeze it so it's been in the fridge for a few days. My question is, how long will it keep in the fridge? Would a week be too long? Thanks, Kelly
Hmm... I'm not an expert on food safety, but I probably wouldn't keep it past about 5 days. But then again my mom is anal about those types of things so maybe it's just me. Let's see what everyone else says.
