We've done polls like this before, I know, but there have been many new recipes posted since then.

What's your favorite IBS-safe recipe? If you were on Death Row, and your time was up, and they asked you what you wanted for your last meal, but it HAD to be IBS-safe, what would that meal be?

oh god bev.. nice scenario... Anyways my alll time favorite IBS safe meal would be boiled 5lb (haha) lobster with lemon, and a baked potato with fat free white zinfindel dressing on it.. or rice pilaf.

But if you're referring to a recipe from this website my favorite so far is the shrimp pasta. The one with peas and carrots in it. I think it is Kree's recipe. Its sooo yummy, but I leave out the cream cheese, and I've even used chicken instead of shrimp before.

You mean to say you haven't tried them???!!! Do! They're fabulou, better than high-fat ones - all my housemates are addicted and they are the fussiest boys ever.

Yep, it's me and five (!) boys. They're all sweethearts and I love them dearly, but GOD can they be messy. Cleaning doesn't happen except once in a blue moon - I gave up a while ago. Doesn't help that 3 of them are still students - one finalist and 2 PhDs.

One of them (not a student) is actually going to lodge with Si and I from July. We could do with the help with the mortgage. He's the only tidy one.

Honestly, I really hate eating and I have no imagination when it comes to cooking because it all seems like such a chore for me. Food has been a very negative thing for me with very negative results for many years. If I had to chose I would say grilled salmon, baked sweet potato with fresh hot bread, and of course something sweet, I do love my sweets.
