Hi I bought these twist snacks that have high gluten wheat flour is this ok? What is high gluten wheat flour?

It should be fine. Gluten is just a wheat ingredient that's often added to breads to improve their dough consistency. Most IBSers are okay with gluten, it's just people with celiac that have problems with it.

i was wondering about that too. i wanted to buy the bagels at whole foods and they were all made with high gluten flour. is that any different than regular gluten flour? does this mean they are safe to eat??
