Kerrie - this looks great. I don't think there's enough time for me to cook all the chicken recipes I've accumulated over the years! But this one'll go to the top of the list.

We liked it. My husband said it was a bit sweet but he still ate the whole piece of chicken. Meike didn't eat it. But then again she didn't eat anything last night for dinner, including her veggies that she usually polishes off immediately. Two days ago she stuffed so much broccoli in her mouth I thought she was going to choke. She ate two helpings of it.

Glad you liked it. Wow, your daughter eating all that brocolli! Is she always good with vegies? My son used to polish off everything on his plate but I have a really hard time getting vegies into him lately. He's two and 5 months.

She refused to eat veggies for the longest time, until I told her she couldn't have ice cream until she ate some veggies. She was about 2 or 2 1/2. She tried broccoli and loved it from then on. She eats every kind of veggie but broccoli is her favorite. As soon as she sees the green veggies she eats them first. She also loves fruit and yogurt and of course her sweets. Strange child, huh? She just a good eater.
