does anyone know what I can use as a substitute for Canola Oil? I'm from England and I can't seem to find it in the shops here!

Safflower oil is another non-hydrogenated oil, which is the kind that's best for you, but plain old vegetable oil would also work if you can't find safflower!

Safflower oil, sunflower oil, walnut oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, peanut oil.

I'm pretty sure it's Corn Oil! Available in any supermarket. Damn these Amercans and their strange language!

Canola oil isn't corn oil. They are two different oils!
