Thanks Concrete Angel A friend of mine suggested to find this recipe and put it on the top of salmon and bake it in the oven. So I'm going to give it a try. Georgette

Georgette - Here's a recipe for DILL SAUCE that doesn't have a lot of fat in it.
MUSTARD AND DILL SAUCE
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c unflavored yogurt (or silken tofu blenderized or soy yogurt)
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Put mustard in bowl and stir in oil drop by drop as if making mayonnaise. When mustard and oil have blended together smoothly, stir in the yogurt or tofu. Add lemon juice to taste and stir in chopped dill. If at any stage the sauce separates, puree it in blender to emulsify. Serve with grilled or broiled fish or chicken.
From The Herb Book by Arabella Boxer and Philippa Back.
Hope this helps.
