Help, Question about ADB

The recipe calls for 4 egg whites. I am using Liquid Egg Whites and the directions say 1/3 cup = 2 eggs. If I remember correctly 2 egg whites = 1 egg. Is this right? So that mean I would only put 1/3 c of the liquid egg whites because 4 egg whites from real eggs would = 2 eggs, yes?

Thank you. I was hoping you would be on line. I mixed them and was ready to pour them in the pan and then second guessed myself. I can't wait until these are done.

Yes, that sounds right. I always use Egg Beaters (not the "All Whites"), so the proportions are different, but I read your post 3 times, and -- yeah, I'd say you've got it! Yeah. 1/3 cup "All Whites."

I usually use Egg Beaters too but I saw the other stuff in the commissary and thought I would give them a try. They brownies turned out great so I guess they must have worked. I had to reread my message before I posted it because it sounded confusing to me.
