Crunchy Pizza Party Snack Help

I was looking at the the receipe for the Crunchy PIzza Party Snack mix and wanting to try it, but I just had a couple of questions. First, I see it calls for low fat soy blue cheese dressing. WEll, I finally found a health food store around where I live and they didn't have that, and I haven't seen it at any grocery stores, and while I will keep looking I thought I'd ask and see if there's anything I could substitute for that in case I can't find it. Also, the romano cheese? Would it be ok without that because that's another one I'm having trouble with.

Wow, I never noticed that the recipe contained those ingredients. I've never seen either of those, either! I would guess that you can replace the blue cheese dressing with any creamy dressing. I bet ranch would work well... and there's a great dairy-free ranch recipe on the index! As for the romano, I bet you could leave that out, too. Maybe just add a little extra parmesan. You can see what Heather thinks, but that's what I'd do!
